Our channels to deliver solutions Zambians in both the urban setting and to rural areas include an extensive network of ATMs and partnerships with mobile money providers, offering last-mile access in remote areas. These traditional channels are supplemented by customized digital solutions including our state-of-the-art banking application. With over 1,000 ATM’s countrywide Mastercard and Union Pay are accessible in over 90% of these.

Our digital channels and solutions help us to extend our reach to the remotest parts of the country, thereby making banking solutions more accessible as well as more convenient to our rural customers.
